About Kathy
My clients, friends, and family would tell you that my strengths include commitment to do my best for each one I meet and following through during and after a transaction. I listen and hear people’s needs and desires and truly caring about buyers and sellers. I would add – professionalism, integrity, reliability, and making clients my friends. My desk is often messy as my concern is for the people not taking care of the paperwork – so I’m thankful for my Office Manager, Laura, who is super organized!
Family is my passion and my son Jess, his wife Taylor and my grandsons, Colton and Chase, make my life joyful as I am constantly entertained and busy. I also love to garden and decorate my home.
I am thankful to live where I was raised and enjoy all that Glenwood Springs and the area has to offer. Spending time at the Hot Springs Pool with family & friends is almost a daily outing. We all also love the Flattops for 4-wheeling and snowmobiling. Although not a golfer myself – it is a primary part of our lives as my son, brother-in-law and nephew are all in the golf industry – all are thankful to live and work in such beauty.
I am active in my church, Mountain View Church of Glenwood Springs and serve on the board of the Glenwood Springs Women’s Connection part of Stonecroft Ministries – an outreach for women.
Along with my partners, I am committed to our community – and participate in many activities throughout the year. I am extremely proud of my partners and our company, The Property Shop. We are forward thinking, creative, energetic, and always looking to stay on the cutting edge with technology and marketing. We complement, encourage, and help one another mindful of our dedication to each other and The Property Shop with one goal – to be THE (only) place to shop for property.
